As above chart shows, the heat collector, heat exchanger and pump 1 of solar energy station constitute the temperature difference cycle pipeline. When the temperature difference between outlet of the heat collector and water tank is up to the set value, pump 1 will pump the medium in the pipeline and heat will transferred to the water tank by the media through the heat exchanger. When the temperature difference between the heat collector and water tank is up to 2 degree, pump 1 will stop working. The course is repeated.

In addition, pump 2, water tank and water-intake pipeline constitute the temperature cycle pipeline. When the temperature of the water-intake pipe line drops to the value set by the controller and the temperature of the water tank is 5 degree above the set value, pump 2 will automatically start and force the cool water in the pipeline into water tank. The high temperature water in the water tank will mix with cool water and drop to set value. The electric heater constitutes the auxiliary heat source that provides heat supplement when solar energy is not enough or there is higher demand on the water temperature. The whole system collects and analysis signals through the itinerant checking circuit and controls the start and shutdown of pump 1 and 2 in the solar energy station. The expansion jar, radiator and safety valve in the solar energy station respectively releases the pressure and limits the temperature and pressure for the cycle pipeline in order to ensure the safe operation of the cycle system.
