The U-Tube Solar collector with CPC is one kind of advanced product Gaia Solar Promoted for some special Countries such as Germany, Portugal, Sweden and etc. The U Tube has the same work principle and structure with A-2 mentioned U Tube, but for the reason of CPC combined, the frame structure is more complex.

The first photo is the CPC mirror we manufactured, and it is used for 1800 mm Ф58 tubes. The thickness of CPC is 0.4 mm, and the length can be designed as clients’ requirement. The Aluminum materials we use are imported from Alanod (www.alanod.de), a very famous German Aluminum company, which provides special aluminum for solar collector reflector (With international test report on the Aluminum we use). Until now, we are the only one CPC manufacturer in China, and CPC itself has been exported to German in large quantity. We can provide CPC as a part for any of our clients separately and above CPC is the standard specification we manufacture. If your market demand can reach 10,000 pieces per year, and each order is not less than 2500 pieces, we can manufacture CPC as the specification your company required.

The second photo shows the outlook of the collector. The nice curve manifold and high efficiency CPC mirror. When manufactured, the manifold is prevented by thin plastic film and this film will be taken off after installed.

The third photo showed the lower end side of the collector, the design of end cup is a simple “insert in” structure and easy to be installed and maintain.

The forth photo shows one end of the manifold, and please note the collector in the photo is design for parallel connection, so the inlet and outlet are designed at one side. We certainly can design inlet and outlet at each side of the manifold thus realize series connection. And one sensor hole is optional according to clients’ requirement.
