During our warranty period, the components which don't work can be changed free, and after warranty period, the components which don't work can be changed at a low cost.
The lifetime of the whole system is 15 years and in the system, the controller and battery are high value components. The lifetime of controller and battery is about 4~5 years, and imported type is about 8~10 years. During whole system lifetime, the controller and battery made in China need to be replaced twice and the imported controller and battery need to be replaces once. For the lighting lamp, one lamp can be used about 2 years and after two years, the lamp should be changed. |
